Capitec insurance

Good morning I have shared my experience with Capitec insurance but I just think this is so unfair to all clients if u have experience what I have so sorry but this is what happened i took out a funeral policy with Capitec insurance and my brother died in the waiting period of 6 months yes I fully understand that thy will not pay out but the saddest part of it all that thy don't even want to give my premium back after 2 consults told me thy will pay back the premium so just 1 question what happened to our money we have been paying for 5 months so sad how a person can be ****** from a well established company guys the reason y I'm do this to make u aware be careful with who u take760601 out insurance for your love ons
