Capitec Insurance department

Capitec insurance refused to pay my debt as if it's my fault I am unemployed. I took a loan while I was permanent admin clerk then search for greener pastures like anybody I work as a Teacher on contract for a year kept on paying them now that the wced has terminated all contracts post level 1 educators due to the government not having enough money to pay us they treat it like it's our fault we as qualified educators want to carry on working but when the situation is like this what must we do. ITS NOT MY FAULT I AM NOT WORKING AND I HAVE BEEN PAYING THE INSURANCE EVER SINCE FOR WHAT?
