Capitec Insurance
So I went to capitec branch for insurance claim,after spending more than 3 hours at the branch then finally the required claiming documents went through their claiming process. After submitting all the required documents boom on my app instead of payout now they said there is missing documents and worst part they don't even tell which documents are missing. Excuse of not paying out....Capitec insurance payout promise something and when it comes to pay out they will give you a runaround
