Capitec incompetency and ***** deals with hardwares

Ive been hearing people saying Capitec is the worse bank, now im experiencing that. I took loan with Capitec (Capitec Soshanguve branch), the loan called purpose land, for building. They made a mistake of transferring money to a different branch of the hardware, after doing so they convinced me to use the store, I refused. The following day after taking the loan I canceled the load. Its two weeks now since I canceled the loan. They are telling the store hasn't return the funds to them.
