Capitec incompetency

Capitec is the worst bank ever to bank with... People if you are looking to open up an account or any other activity relating to a bank I suggest you go with any other bank but capitec... My query has been shifted from one department to another over 3 weeks. Everytime someone assist they claim to get back at me but no call no feedback... The team leader I have spoken to **** to me hence upon my require on them pulling out the call I was told they don't have a record of it... They don't strive for service excellence but treat you like an object or your just another client... I will recommend this service provider to anyone because I won't tolerate letting another individual go through what I have... To top it all I have wasted over R300 airtime call in and enquiring about this matter... I think it's time we as people stood for what is right not get **** to or ****** from... Ms Cassim
