Capitec incompetence

I have never had so much problems with one bank in my life, I use to be a happy client with Capitec until they started messing me around! I lost my job and the insurance they made me take out for the loan I have with them, didn't pay out due to the wording written in the letter from the company I was retrenched from (like ***!). Two months I was unemployed being harassed by Capitec, I finally got work freelancing, they started deducting twice a month from my account because I was in arrears, even though I would phone and make arrangements with them for payment. I finally covered up my arrears and they still would deduct twice a month from my account (I repeat even though I would phone the beginning of the month and make an arrangement!), they then gave me some excuse of its because of how their system is, as long as I don't have a fixed payment date. Fine I left them, then I do a credit report and find out my Capitec loan is reflecting as in arrears by over 30 days for the entire year even though I've been paying them and covered up my arrears months ago! I phone their complaints department and they give me some stupid excuse about my account showing in arrears because I don't pay on the payment date they have on their system of the 25th, which is retarded because I pay before the 25th of the month, so how can I be in arrears for after the 25th? I am so sick and tired of this bank!! I cant even get a consolidation loan from a different bank and move my loan because they have ruined my credit rating!
