Capitec in cahoots with Cliental Life *****ing money from vulnerable people

For the last 3 months Clientele Life has been drawing drawing an unsolicited amount of over R500 from my Capitec account. The first month the bank refunded the amount. I asked them to stop whatever unsolicited withdraw had been activated. The second month it came off they said they could not stop it or reviews this theft form my account. No month three I have canceled my account with them. I have since found out that this is not a singular event it is happening to a number of people. They are preying on the poor who do not have the resources to fight back. Please can you assist with this wholesale theft.
