Capitec in Breach of Contract

Capitec told me two weeks ago when I took up their loan that they will gladly cancel the death, disability and retrenchment cover if I produce proof of cover from another institution, this is on their recorded call that is binding, and then I call in today and they tell me I can't cancel it. I will sue you all the way and I will take away all my accounts if you try to play your tricks on me. Listen to your calls and fix this nonsense!
