Capitec - Immaculate Service

A Capitec branch made a mistake recently completing a form my wife needed for her pension pay-out causing my wife to receive her pay-out late. This was referred to their complaints department and my wife was reimbursed with all costs incurred to resubmit the corrected form plus all interest lost due to the late receipt of the pay-out. The service from the complaint department was immaculate and the complaint was handled with the efficiency and professionality. In a country where we rarely see even good service anymore (especially from banks) Capitec's service was really something I have not encountered in ages. I now understand why Capitec is top of the list of every service survey done on banks. Thank you Capitec (and mr Wessels) for your GREAT service - I trust you will keep up the excellent work.
