Capitec *******ly Debits Money From Accounts

Capitec is *******ly debiting my account. They have debited my account for an amount of R4900 and kept quite for almost a month, I had to make efforts to call them to get this money back and that's very unprofessional and *********** of them. Since I would have accumulated some interest on my savings from this money I demand that they pay the interest for the time they've been *******ly keeping my money. I spoke to a lady called Noma Mqayi from their collections department and she reassured me I will not get any interest on this money, confirming their incompetence. Stop *******ly taking people's money, you'll end up losing a lot of money in law suits for stupid things. PAY MY INTERST BACK
