Capitec ignore ***** cases for months!!!!

This is now almost 2 months that my whole salary got ****** from my bank account, I did everything according to the books by opening a ***** case and set up an investigation.. A months has pass that the bank called me saying that they will not pay my money back, which I don't understand... I mister asked me if I would like to appeal against the decision and I said yes, he than said he will sent me the documentation.... Welll I's still waiting. Its almost 2 months now, How can anyone just accept the decision writing a whole month's salary off just like that.<br> <br> I will not accept this, and if it must will I publish a article in the paper. No normal person will just accept that answer from the bank... It is ********!!!!
