Capitec - if I could score 0 I would

I have a credit card with Capitec and unfortunately had to go under debt review. I am now able to pay full amount every month which I do and have made arrangements with Capitec to do so. I am in the process of having debt counseling removed as well. Yet Capitec has me a a late payer and advised me that I have to correct it myself by call the credit bureau. All my accounts have my correct info and only Capitec can not get their act together.
