Capitec I want my money Transferred Back.

I made a payment into a capitec account acc number and the payment was never recieved by the capitec card holder. We called the bank and they also rectified that this was a strange incident, the payment went through to fist for woman, different bank but a capitec account. The person whom we spoke to rectified the mistake and said the money will be transferred in 21days. The payment was made on 07/03/2025 So how long must I still wait. This is getting ridiculous. Poor customer service and a den of false promises.
