Capitec I want my money

Capitec please refund my R295 on the 09-10-21 which was taken for funeral cover ,I can't afford it ...so the bank can't take my money when I haven't even claimed anything ... it's the first premium and I want my money back...I'll close this account and go to fnb ,there is no way Fnb can take money for a funeral cover you never claimed this is not fair,fnb takes 30 days to refund money taken by them as long as you did not claim ,I demand my money I can't give you 295 for free
