Capitec I need the money please

Hi I don’t know if you will help me but today I went to withdraw some money from a capitec ATM in Secunda Mall but I didn’t get my money but the slip said the voucher was redeemed when I called the consultant she tried it again and said she they were putting money into the ATM machine maybe that’s why I didn’t get my money and when the other consultant called they said they are going to investigate and there might be a chance I don’t get my money the way things look so please help me get my money back
