Capitec I close my accounts
I brought airtime by accident of an substantial amount. After contacting mtn and Capitec I'm sitting with a **** load of airtime I don't need. Capitec customer care lines off and their agent don't have a clue what to do

20 Aug 2024, 16:39Capitec thank you for very poor service. as your agent admit it is a common mistake that clients brought by mistake huge amounts of airtime on ur app. I did not buy by mistake the amount of airtime was R100 why would I buy airtime for R1000. As usual Capitec don't amaze me. Keep on with ur bad service
