Disappointed with the forex service from �. I have been waiting for my funds while attending an important conference, and the delay has left me unable to focus properly. International transfers and forex transactions are time-sensitive, and customers deserve clear communication and prompt resolution. The lack of urgency and updates has been frustrating and stressful. I hope Capitec improves its forex support and turnaround times to better serve clients who rely on these funds while travelling or attending important events.
