Capitec HR

I'm having an issue with the recruitment department from Capitec, i honestly feel like their recruitment portal is not monitored at all. I apply on a regular and i feel like they simply ignore applications, i apply for different roles wich of late is contact center positions or branch positions but its either no reply or a regression months later after submissions, not only am i experienced applicant but i also have shown intrest in the company over and over with no response, this is so discouraging
