Capitec horrific service - Denies access to my account for 3 weeks!

I have NEVER in my life experienced such absolute horrific service and disregard for customers as i have with Capitec lately! I have now been without access to my account and MY money for over 3 weeks! And this all because of Capitec's policies which effectively makes it possible for anyone to get your account frozen without any evidence or because of a simple missunderstanding. Which is what happened in my case. My account was frozen because of something that was easily explainable and which had NOTHING to do with the bank at all. Furthermore, everything that they needed to resolve this and reactivate my account, has been done more than 2 weeks ago! I gave them my police affidavid explaining what happened, refunded the other party and went into a branch to sort this out. I even got the other party to go to his bank as well as Capitec with an affidavit to say its all been sorted out. But still i get told every day that it will take up to 21 working days to resolve or finish the investigation! Insanity! Theres no need for any investigation!!! This was never something they had to stick their nose in in the 1st place! The fact that my family has to now suffer because of this absolute disgrace is unacceptable!! I cant do anything, cant buy electricity, foodor pay any accounts. Its unacceptable that any bank can turn someones life upside down like this and deny access to your money before having their facts first!!! Im so done with Capitec and i will make it my mission to get as many people as possible to go to another bank. I am sick of hearing theres nothing ore that we can do or its been escalated or we are truly sorry!! Give me access to my money so i can be done with u!!! Im beyond angry and have been patient long enough!! I want my account back TODAY! I have had it now! Everyone be warned, stay away from Capitec! Everyday law abiding citizens gets the short end of the stick because Capitec is a bank for *****sters so they put policies in place so everyone gets treated like ********s!
