Capitec horrible service

I have had such a bad experience with capitec funeral policy, i went to the branch in February to cancel any and all policies and to my suprise they still debited my account, i went back to the branch and all i got was a silly response from the consultant stating that he didnt understand my initial request. Now its been 7days since ive log a complaint and still no feedback has been received, pathetic service Eldorado Park branch.........
