Capitec hopeless in communication

I had an account got paied up letters had it removed from my credit record only to have it put on again. Why???? Not only are you messing with my livelihood I have debt collectors calling me and when I want answes nobody has them. I paid this account. More than a year ago. Would you prefer me to offer up a kidney would that do??????
