Capitec Holds Accounts For No Reason And With No Explanations

I went in to Capitec Bank, after having not used my card in about a year, as I thought my card was inactive owing to the fact that I haven't used it in so long.

Only to find out that my card has been put on hold because of some money that was paid into my account last year that was immediately withdrawn, that I have no knowledge of. I was told nothing can be done.

This is unacceptable as I have money coming into that account and need my money. How will I access my money? This was not my fault. They don't want to give me any details regarding the issue, but my account is on hold. This is bull****.

I want my money.
