CAPITEC holding TAX refund

SARS paid me my Tax Refund on 25/10/2022 and all of a sudden Capitec put MY REFUND on hold. Spoke to Capitec and SARS call centre agents 50 times each and visited Capitec branches 4 times and they can't give a solid honest explanation as to why MY refund is on hold. Capitec blames SARS and SARS insists its not them but Capitec that is keeping the funds on hold. SARS keeps on telling me that there is NO reason for them to keep MY REFUND on hold and CAPITEC says that they have thousands of clients that this happended to and that it is SARS. We approached the SARS Ombudsman and they confirmed that they cannot assist because the hold is not on SARS side. I have left no stone unturned to try and sort this out since 25/10/2022. IT IS MY TAX REFUND. I needed that money to pay schoolfees which is now overdue, due to this predicament. I had a chat with someone on FACEBOOK that is also a client of Capitec and the same happened to him on the same day but he went to a Capitec Branch in the Freestate (did not give the name) and he showed them his SOA from SARS and they released his funds. I tried the same thing but the Northgate branch and the Fern on Republic branch refuses. At the end of the day, I just need a solid honest answer on why MY TAX REFUND is on hold and SARS knows nothing about it. Explain yourself Capitec. You are about to loose alot of clients because you are not providing honest answers and you are also not trying to sort this with SARS and give feedback to YOUR clients on this whole disgusting situation. If you wanna keep the money, keep the damn money and buy yourself LEGO blocks or ICECREAM for all I care but tell my WHY you keep MY REFUND on hold????????? This won't go down without a fight.
