CAPITEC high intrests and increased my loan with a rediculous 10 months, made amedements to my loan without my consernt and changed banks with my approval

I have problem with capitec bank , it is the WORST bank ever! its like they hire unqualifued people to do the job, I doubt those guys have proper qualifications. I took a loan with capitec, on march . april they made the first deduction, May they didn't , june still I went to the bank to ask them about this and if they could rectify it, they told me the deduction will go through but still ddnt I went again and when they opened the loan they relised that there changes made. including the bak accounts, and the loan months and intrets , the load escalated from 43 months to 54 months . a shocker to everyone at the bank. they called HQ to rectify but till moth still no rectification has been done. Capitec is oppressing its customers , after their CEO went on public and said intrests will not be dded on loans during this difficult time, I AM not going to sit and watch capitec ***** me . if they can not resolve it I am taking this matter furture. if it means legal . legal we shall go
