Capitec help!

At Capitec, i know you care very much about your customers and you always listen to us. there is a cellphone company called Blu label connect. It takes advantage of the clause you have not to reverse stop orders. They *****ulently compel customers to approve a second debit mandate, pretending they are verifying debit information. only for them to add another debit. which means their customer gets debited more than once, and there is nothing the customer can do because your bank cant also reverse the money or block the additional mandate. i called them today and the consultant was smirk in her response and boldly agreed that i had been ****med by them. she said she will reverse the debit but i doubt. they get customers by lying about their products and then continue to **** by adding debit mandates so that a customer pays in double . please help
