Capitec held my money

A guy ****** me for my tyres he paid the money and after the Uber fetched it he reported and the money is held. Being a Capitec client so long and the guy is with Nedbank and Capitec refuse to release the money even after sending the affidavit.

This bank is very very pathetic I don't suggest anyone to bank with Capitec I'm changing my bank and every should change to
