Capitec have no knowledge

6 days and capitec can't give me feed back about my credit card My credit card rate is 22.25 % And they make it 52 % And no reply from them If u phone them about the credit card they cant give me the right answers They have to much stories

The amount i have to pay back like the grand total its like they are confused they give 3 storriee about it Struggling with this bank How can u do credit cards without knowing whats going on

Capitec branch meyerton also have to much stories from their side They said they wil phone me but im still waiting How long does it take to sort it out Clearly a year or 2

Coman Capitec whats wrong with u Get people with the right knowledge. Because Clearly they dont have

Have a email send to capitec on the 11 / 07 /2024 also to find out why they want to rob me with 52 % intrest on my credit card!!!
They are pathetic and useless. To get a Credit card by these clowns is a No No !!! They Lie about their intrest its not 22 % its 52 %
They are so pathetic they can't give u the right answer about the credit card its like a kinder garden scool .have no idea whats going on
How can u give people credit cards and lie to them in their faces....Capitec likes to bul**** their clients
Wil never do a Credit card again with these clowns they Lie and talk chit over the counter
No for a Credit card by Capitec!!!!!! If u do a estimate on the payment of 5 % u wil be paying R1750 for 3 years in a row then it wil be settled ...
