Capitec hates the working class

I was recently rejected by capitec for a credit card because I am weekly paid, although I meet all the requirements they advertise. Nobody can explain why I am rejected,but I am constantly bombarded with sms's and emails telling me to apply for a credit card. I'm not sure what capitec has against the working class, but why keep telling me to apply for something and then when I do go into q capitec branch treat me like I have the plague when I say I'm weekly paid. It's sad because capitec used to be the best bank but their level of customer service is declining rapidly.
