Capitec has the worst services and their untrained staff who lack morals.

Capitec has the worst services and their unprofessional agents and i have decided that i will no longer use their services ever again!

I had mistakenly transferred money into the wrong account. I then went to the app to try and reverse the money but there were no options to do that. Yesterday morning i decided to call their customer care line. I spoke to one of the agents i explained to them that i mistakenly transferred my last money to the wrong account she then went through my account and went through that person's account and she confirmed that the money is still in that person's account. She then said she will call the owner's account to get authority to transfer back that money unfortunately that person was not answering the calls. I then pleaded with the agent to transfer the money back since she could see it because that money was meant to buy my little sister's food and now she's stuck with no food and toiletries because capitec is refusing to transfer my money back because they need permission from that particular person to transfer back my own money. I spent my money on airtime the whole day pleading with capitec agents and one of the agents was Happy Khoza she literally told me that there's nothing she can do to help me unfortunately my money is gone. Or else i must go to court and open a case, i can't open a case over R500 because I'll be wasting more money and more time. I am cutting ties with capitec and i Will make sure that i post this on social media platforms so that they become aware of their poor services and their untrained staff who lack morals and they don't even have empathy.
