Capitec has the worst forex department

I am laying a complaint against Capitec Bank for their incompetence, slow communication, unwillingness to give full explanation of the phases of the transaction and timeframes, and overall horrible service . I received an international transaction around October 2023. Its now January the 16th 2024. And for other banks, and I know this because I have used Nedbank to receive international funds before, I would receive my money within 4 days. This thing that capitec is doing I don’t understand what its called but I need them to make my funds reflect as soon as today 16 January 2024 because my children are hungry and I need to pay school fees. If Capitec does not do this today they will be responsible for the decline of my mental health and anything that should happen afterwards.
