Capitec has taken my money on my account, my bank card was with me ,my cellphone was with me, and now they call me and say it was taken by online so they can't dispute it

Capitec has taken my money on my account, my bank card was with me ,my cellphone was with me, and now they call me and say it was taken by online so they can't dispute it. Pls help me
