Capitec has ongoing technical issues

Despite passing fingerprint verification, with my ID in person at the branch, Capitec denied me access to my account when they had technical issues. I could not log in, the technical issue caused me to be locked out of my own account. This is ridiculous. They claim they have a verified FICA cell phone number on the account that doesnt match my phone number of 32 years. How does this happen exactly ?? No resolution to the problem, I am rapidly losing faith in capitec to keep accounts safe.
