Capitec has not opened our Accounts even after we gave them a Court Order Letter after apprearing in Court & matter was suspended ?

Hello Peter, Capitec has still not opened our Accounts even after being to Court ? The Court gave us a Letter that instructs Capitec to unfreeze the 3 x Accounts and now the Branches are forwarded emails to Head Office and we still cant access our money for almost a month now and now 3 days since Court sent a Judgement to Unfreeze ??

The Response that Capitec that they will respond after 5 Days its totally unacceptable, we want to access our money ??
