Capitec has no customer support

I need assistance. I have reported before that i have an problem with Just Bridge witch is an ****. An consultant from Capitec contacted me and all that was done is she phone Just Bridge together with me. I was told just to send an email and they will cancel the debicheck.. After i have done that 10 times i still didn't get any feedback.. And now they took money from my account. Whos is going to give back my money. This is un acceptable from Capitec that they cant help or do anything after know that this is an ****.. Why do i pay up to 600 rands an month on banking fees if my bank cant even help me in these matters.. I need someone to help me sort this out or im closing my account and moving to another bank.
