Capitec has managed to ruin my life and dreams

I had a Capitec debit order scheduled to be deducted on Friday 27th September 2019. Due to an issue on Capitec side (Moving to a new debit order system Debicheck), the debit order did not go off. I became aware of issue over weekend and contacted Capitec 8am Monday. The person on the call centre committed to ensuring debit order goes off and promised to phone me back. Did not happen. Tuesday morning I again checked, debit order not taken off. Phoned again answered by Dimakazi, escalated to a supervisor Thakalani. Capitec could not confirm when they would manage to deduct debit order. Suggested I pay manually. Had to ask for a reference number 4 times before they finally gave me one. Did an instant transfer (at R45 extra banking cost) to ensure payment reflects immediately. Wednesday I note that Capitec has listed me as being 30 days late payment on credit bureau i.e. my credit rating has plummeted. As I am in process of applying for a homeloan, I am effectively ruined. Thanks Capitec. I'll ensure that I spread the word to all and sundry.

Good day,
As I don't have 5 days it clearly won't be resolved to my satisfaction. Capitec is through their actions and lack of resolution, causing me to lose everything that I've saved towards and worked towards for years.
