This used to be my NO. 1 banking go to. Then, a day before 'Xmas break they decide FICA NOW after 10 years of happy banking and not moving house for years. If you rent and have a power box you understand how impossible their utility account in your name demand is. OVER THE CHRISTMAS HOLIDAYS. We'll needless to say, today on my busiest trading day, my favorite bank is shutting down my life, my business and I will be loosing my rental space because some robotic ***** called Ashwell Smit cannot pick up a phone.
