CAPITEC HARASSES THE DEAD

On 16June 2021 my brother passed away. We sent the death certificate and handed it in at a Capitec branch. Yet Capitec still harasses the family for money which he had death cover. Last year SARS PAID money in and all of a sudden the money is gone, he has 2 children we provide for and taking his money is low and pathetic. Today my mom sent a message showing Capitec has handed him over to VVM. WHAT DON'T YOU UNDERSTAND HE IS DEAD!!!!! Capitec has no morals or compassion for the death of a person. Now I will take this further as firstly money was taken from him and he is handed over. if you don't want to sort this out I will!!!!!!!!!
