CAPITEC HANDING PEOPLE OVER TO LAWYERS WITHOUT THEIR KNOWLEDGE

Its been 1year 5months since l resigned at Capitec and today l get a call from some company of lawyers that tell me lve been handed over to them for non payment of R10000 firm foundations training money. When l left the company nothing about me owing was ever communicated to me because l wasn't owing anything according to their records then after all this time am told lve been handed over without any communications at all.Surely this is ********* and it is wrong,lam being harrassed by these people and Capitec should take responsibility and stop doing this.....
