Capitec handed over account!

Capitec bank needs to stop handing over accounts to Shapiro Shaik because they are never of great assistance. These people will harass you for payment and once payment has been done and accounts are paid off, they just never send settlement letters. I’ve read a whole load of bad reviews and I thought my situation would be better but it’s actually horrible!!!

It’s been 3 months without settlement letters and a whole lot of back and fourths! Capitec has assisted with one clearance letter but where is the other one? Only one account is updated even though I had been high lighting that there’s two accounts and now no one at Shapiro shaik is able to assist and Capitec has just gone quiet. Seems like I’ll never get my credit in order since I can’t get assistance from either of the two companies! It’s just not on!
