Capitec handed my account over and now they do not cooperate with the lawyers so i can get my paid up letter

I cannot believe that even now i still have not received my paid-up letter since i requested it last year in November from Blake and Associates. They always tell me that they waiting for it from Capitec Bank. When I go to Capitec bank they tell me that i am no longer their client and i should talk to Blake and associates. So i don't know what to do anymore because my balance has not been updated on my records.
