Capitec gugulethu has bad servise

The level of disrespect in gugulethu capitec shoprite is over the moon.Today I visited the branch I have doctors note that I can't be on the que and must be served first due to my chronic condition the lady who pull receipts in frount I showed her the letter and she told me I should go show it to the que to the customers she won't put me first I then asked for the manager on her way she went to other staff to discuss this they were all pointing at me laughing she came beck told me the manager us busy.I told her I can not wait that long she left me hanging there
