Capitec; Global one and simpler banking

I have found that Capitec is not as global and simplified banking option as they claim. I recently moved to Switzerland and I have been asking Capitec to change the number on my account to my Switzerland number so I can receive all notifications and activate the app or provide an alternative to accessing the app other than mobile number verification code.

This was said to be impossible and yet they claim to be a global service provider. I can’t access my account and I don’t know what movements are happening in my account as we speak.
