Capitec giving run around for deceased statements .

My mother passed away december last year and she was a client of capitec . My father knows there was money that they decided to put away for education of kids . So he went there to get statements starting from 2020 June until december 2020 . He made that clear he wants to see a detailed statement of the late wife of his. They asked him to bring letter of authority he brought it in february together with the marriage certificate . They told him to wait for a call . February ended march ended . He went there yesterday and asked whats the hold up they said it will be ready soon . They sent him a message that he can collect . To our surprise this is not the detailed statement starting from june 2020 . Its a piece of paper that states only the balance of the account which we already know about we have the card . What we asked foe is not in this piece of paper it seems like they are playing hide n seek all we want to check is if she did fix the education money and where did she fix it if she did. This piece of paper is just useless its not helping . Capitec is playing with us . We will not let it go we want to see those 2020 statements so we can move on. I am really disappointed with capitec be careful people.
