Capitec gives the worst service

Trying to apply for a loan from Capitec is the worst experience anyone can ever go through. They sent a WhatsApp saying loan was approved and that they had sent an email. When I requested for the email be resent, I was asked to re-apply. Then hell started: I’ll be told to send statement closing on particular day and when you sent, you’re requested another date. This has been for weeks- I have sent over 4 statements today and every time they come back with a new request.
