Capitec GetSmarter offer not working as explained

I registered for two courses on the GetSmarter website based on the Capitec benefits. I contacted the call centre because I wanted to register but did not want to use the app since mobile banking apps are easier to de*****. The agent told me that I could pay with my credit card (as had been the case previously) and the discount would be app**** on my credit card. This did not happen with either of the courses that I bought though it did happen with a previous course that I bought in 2020. I checked the terms and conditions PDF on the Capitec website and it also said that it would apply once paid with credit card.
