CAPITEC George Treated me as 14 year client in a DISGUSTING manner

I had the worst experience at Capitec George branch yesterday. I wanted to get my card on my new surname. They refused to help me and when I tried to speak to the manageress about the situation she said I am not allowed to leave the bank as security will escort me to my vehicle. I've been a client for 14 years.. I had all my supporting documents and she refused after ignoring me. The manager wanted would not accept my green barcoded ID.
