Capitec Gatewat does not know what they are doing

<p>Going to open an account at gateway with my bank statement for FICA and the girl goes to check with the manager and returns to tell me that my bank statement needs to be stamped. She then gives me the little pamphlet that has FICA requirements. First line of the requirements state that bank statements via email are accepted. You only need stamp a if it is an over the counter statement. It is obvious that the manger at gateway needs to read the requirements. </p>
