Capitec Funerals *****ing my Money
Good Day Sir/Madam
Can you please let me know , if my insurance policy did not reach the six months , then the covered person dies , are you not supposed to be paying my money back ?
You just sent me an email saying I should write a cancellation letter , then you telling me afterwards that I will not get a cent , cause I cancelled , is that not *****ing my money ?
