Capitec funeral ****

I want to caution anybody who wants to use capitec funeral cover....my mom died of covid and because she was only 4 months into the policy they refused to pay out....2 months since mom has passed away and they have yet to deal with her case. People must be weary...u think your family is sorted out I the case of your death....then u get these people, out to exploit the man on the street. As a capitec client myself I'm disgusted and ashamed since I was the one to recommend Capitec funeral cover to her. The pain of loosing her is so fresh, we as a family don't even have the strength to fight a giant corporation such as Capitec. My mom wasn't sick....she had covid
