Capitec funeral policy is a ****

Am really disappointed i have a policy with capitec it lapsed they said i must reactivate with 2 months my policy lapsed 26 December i reactivated it 29 January i paid now i claimed they say am still in the 6 months waiting period i went to the brach they saw the fault called head office who is still giving me run around burial is on friday
